What is Desarrollo Diaspora?
Desarrollo translates to development, expansion, and evolution, while the word Diaspora recognizes the cross cultural influences present within ourselves and the environments in which we work.
Together, they highlight the fact that development in a place like Puerto Rico requires deft knowledge of geopolitical context, the ability to understand social influence, and the skills to overcome the challenges of cross cultural communication.
